A few things to keep in mind You can’t just swap a light bulb for one of these and call it a day. These units pull more current, so you’ll need a dedicated circuit and the right breakers. You’ll want a pro to handle the wiring. Also, a heads-up: the emitter getsreallyhot. Like, “don’t touch it” hot. We put protective grilles on them, but you still need to mount them high enough so nobody accidentally bumps into them. And while the heater itself is waterproof, you still need a decent vent in the room so you don’t end up in a sauna.
