When we designed these quartz heaters, we had one thing on our minds: how to pack a serious punch into a small space. Take the specs: a 400V, 2500W rating on a 300mm tube. That’s a lot of heat packed into a tight footprint. The payoff? You get a heater that warms up fast without taking up a ton of room. And that 400V choice? It’s a smart fit for industrial setups that run on 400V three-phase power. It keeps the current draw lower on the line, which is just one less thing to worry about. As for the 300mm length, we didn’t just pull that number out of thin air. It’s a sweet spot. Long enough to cover a focused area, but short enough to slip into compact tooling without a fight.
What’s Inside, and Why It Matters
At the core is a halogen capsule that runs hot and steady. No fuss, no drama. It just delivers. Wrapped around it is a quartz envelope that can handle the intense heat shock without cracking. It’s built to take the pressure. We also added a reflective coating to push all that energy forward. Less heat wasted to the back means more of it goes right where you need it. For the install, we went with R7s ends. This makes the whole unit a simple drop-in replacement. Line it up, slide it in, wire it up. Seriously, it cuts down on downtime out on the shop floor.
